Grilled Branzino

Branzino (Mediterranean Sea Bass) is a low fat fish,  but with a great rich flavor.  It''s especially flavorful when cooked on the bone and grilled.  For this recipe, I''ll be using simple ingredients to grill it.  Serve it three different ways: Mediterranean , Vietnamese, or Japanese.  The cooking is pretty much the same.  The only real change are the sauces or lack of sauces.
